Payment

Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping at no additional shipping charge. Applicable duties and related import charges associated with eligible orders are handled by us, so customers are not expected to pay unexpected additional costs connected with normal delivery.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error, contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within sixty days in accordance with our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending a return so we can review the request and provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

After an eligible return or other approved refund is confirmed, the refund is generally processed within five to ten days. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider.

Order Changes and Cancellations
